Project Examples:
£18m, Mayfair - Structural alterations to a private residential property and super prime finishes.
£21m, Southwest London - Conversation of a substantial private residence and surrounding estate into a private school.
£10m, Central London - Roof removal, addition of a new storey, cut and carve of a listed office building through to CAT B fit out.
£10m, West End of London - Refurbishment/ Restoration of an Embassy
Role: Contracts Manager
The business is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead projects within the Kent region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction, particularly with experience in listed buildings, with opportunities for progression in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Meet targets for time, cost, profitability, and quality.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and professional teams.
* Provide innovative solutions to project challenges.
* Offer strategic input at project level.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and construction methods.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in a building-related subject.
* Proven experience in construction project management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of CDM and health and safety legislation.
* Experience with Listed Building / Heritage Construction Projects
