Are you looking for a flexible role in the pharmaceuticals sector? Would you like to make a real difference in a charity supporting health care in sub–Saharan Africa through pharmacy education? The Square Foundation has a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmaceuticals Project Manager to join the team.
Location: Remote, Anywhere
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: Equivalent to two days a week initially, depending on your schedule
Pharmaceutical Project Manager - Key responsibilities
- Contacting and working with lecturers to produce lectures in clinical pharmacy
- Reviewing content, ensuring references, formatting and recording (usually via Zoom) to produce an mp4 file
- Placing the recorded lecture on the proprietary platform (Thinkifc)
- Enabling access for participants
- Reviewing results

- The Square Foundation was established by Philip Harrison to support health care in sub–Saharan Africa through pharmacy education
- The main thrust is the e-learning program under the banner The Square Academy
- The program has been piloted in 8 countries
- The program is endorsed by the Academy of Pharmaceutical Science
- The Square Foundation has a board of three professors and three academics based in sub-Saharan Africa

Skills, Knowledge and Personality – You:
- Pharmaceutical: Background in Pharmacy or related life sciences
- Ability to help identify subjects and lecturers
- Patience, dealing with lectures who are invariably late
- Ability with basic Microsoft Office software
