Salary £45,000 per annum

Hybrid Option (3 days office/2 days remote working)

The role is responsible for leading the brand development and key marketing activities directly to customers, online and through our clients' branches. Focused on leading the design, development and publication of material to support the presentation of the product offer and build of the browser service proposition. This will be delivered through a timely communication plan to support the business strategic objectives and drive growth through customer acquisition. The role will work closely with the Sales team and link to the Technical, Commercial and Operational functions to build a presence in the market and strengthen its differentiation and leadership position.

Principle Accountabilities:

* Lead the client brand position and communication strategy working across functions and with the support of the Leadership team to acquire new customers, increase share of wallet with existing customers and optimise key strategic segments.

* Development and delivery of the company marketing plan with activities through direct mail, email, PR, brochures, POS, Social media and website ensuring the marketing plan is aligned to business goals. Develop industry positioning through engagement with trade bodies and external organisations and partners including suppliers

* Manage third party providers and ensure agreements and cost management tools are in place. Ensure service levels from third parties are excellent and value.

* Monitor and Report on Marketing Performance. Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights

* Manage Marketing Campaigns. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specified performance metrics.

* Lead and Coordinate Marketing Team. Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to the marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team productivity and creativity.

* Partner with the Sales team to deliver the customer plan developing bespoke approaches to the key national customer base.

* Lead, develop and maintain the website ensuring that it has an ongoing development plan to deliver the customer proposition through product offer, service support, advice and innovation.

* Develop strong partnerships across functions (Commercial, Operations, Sales and Customer Service) to push the product offer, launch new products. Provide customer communication support for tactical and operational challenges.

* Build customer insight through research, feedback and measurement to inform Customer Journey development, Service development and product offer. To identify new marketing opportunities and competitive positioning.

Person Specification:

Educated to A Level or ideally degree level with a relevant degree or professional qualifications

5 years experience as a Marketing Manager

Inline Marketing Development

Experience of Managing budgets

Proven track record of supporting growth within a busines
