Are you a dynamic and innovative social media enthusiast?
Gleeson are partnering with a rapid growth online retailer in the West Midlands. We're recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join their team! As a key player in digital strategy, you'll oversee the total social media presence, driving creative and impactful content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Manage global social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
Create viral and engaging content, driving commercial results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Report on ROI and integrate social media with wider marketing campaigns.Requirements:
3 - 5 years in social media content or partnership roles.
Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Proven track record in achieving KPI-driven results.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Benefits:
