We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join my clients team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issuesExperience:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to handle high-volume phone calls while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquette
