Job Opportunity: CNC Miller Setter/Operator
Location: Rotherham
Shift Patterns: Rotating Early and Late Shifts
About the Role: As a CNC Miller Setter/Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to ensure precise and efficient manufacturing of components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up and operating CNC milling machines
* Interpreting engineering drawings and job specifications accurately
* Selecting and installing tooling and fixtures
* Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments
* Inspecting finished components for quality
* Performing regular maintenance on machinery
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator
* Familiarity Hurco control systems is essential, Fanuc is also desirable
* Accurate interpretation of engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
