Main Responsibilities:

Assist with the full recruitment process, from interviews to reference checks 🕵️‍♂️
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation 🤝
Keep track of employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation 📚
Support HR initiatives, programmes, and policies, playing a vital role in areas such as performance management and disciplinary hearings ⚖️
Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures 💼
Help organise training sessions and meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared 📝
Stay updated on HR best practises and employment changes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the HR team 📚Requirements:

CIPD Diploma Level 3 or 5 🎓- Desirable
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is beneficial 🤓
