Key Responsibilities

* Maintaining a professional attitude and strong health and safety standards on-site.
* Ensuring excellent communication across all levels, from site workers to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in similar housing developments, luxury housing, or high-end apartment schemes.
* Possession of SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certification.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different trades and stakeholders.
* A proactive and motivated approach, with a strong commitment to maintaining professional standards and safety protocols.
