As Deputy Manager, you will need to be an energetic and committed individual who has recent experience of working in a residential setting within a leadership role. The home caters for a Medium number of residents.
Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Home Manager

•Staff management- maintaining the team/appraisals/training
•Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
•Build and maintain rapport with staff/residents/their families & all external bodies
•Undertake assessments of other staffs and review care packages
•Be a role model for staffs and service users

Skills/ Qualifications of the Deputy Home Manager

•Sound knowledge of Care Standards
•NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care & working towards Level 5/Gained level 5
•Dynamic & Enthusiastic with residential experience of adults
•Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
