A leading main contractor who specialises in Living Space, Public Sector and Commercial projects are seeking a Brickwork Site Manager to join them on a project in Reading. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of brickwork, roofing and cladding.
As a Site Manager, you must have previous experience working on external packages for a main contractor.
Duties:
* Reporting to the project manager
* Ensure works are carried out in line with RAMS
* Ensuring the packages are on program
* Carry out regular inspections and submit reports
* Ensure subcontract QA checks are completed
* Attend site meetings
* Ensuring H&S is followed
* Proactive and driven
Required:
* 5+ years’ experience working as a Facade Manager
* Strong knowledge of construction
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
Must have strong experience in brickwork, cladding and roofing.
