Marketing Manager

MiCiM provide focused, end to end project management and construction delivery services, specialising in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors. We work with our clients to develop their best-in-class facilities in an open, honest and collaborative manner.
We are continuously growing and developing as a brand, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity across the business.
As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
* Developing & implementing marketing strategies to promote our services.
* Driving brand awareness, generating leads and increasing client engagement.
* Executing marketing campaigns and analysing performance
* Conducting market research and managing a variety of marketing channels.
* Organising internal and external events including promotional events & trade shows
* Creating & managing content for the website & social channels
* Building & maintaining positive relationships with clients
* Creating and developing video content for internal and external platforms.
* Producing tender documentation & presentations to support bid management
* Writing and editing press releases
About you:
* Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, ideally within a construction related environment
* You enjoy creating written content and have experience in graphic design and/or video editing
* You have managed marketing budgets effectively
* Comfortable using marketing tools such as Canva, Photoshop & Analytics
