Administrator- Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds- £11.44 per hour- 08:30am-17:00pm Temp to perm

Our client based close to Bury St Edmunds is seeking an Administrator to join their well-established team within an office environment. The successful candidate will be managing the administrative duties related to salvage and disposals, helping to streamline processes and maintain accurate records. Due to the location of the role, a drivers licence and access to your own vehicle will be essential.
 
Main duties:
Carry out day to day administration of the disposals desk
Accurate data entry and recording of all new vehicle disposals on the bespoke company database
Arranging Vehicle movements via the company third party movement network from client to a sales location
Liaising with repairs and obtaining updates on all vehicles under repair awaiting disposal
Processing vehicle sales
Processing and administration of documentation and updated DVLA
Supporting the disposals team as required
Assisting with covering holiday within other areas of the department as required Person Specification
Confident in using Word, Outlook and Excel
Previous experience within Administration
Professional telephone manner
Strong IT skills
