- Lead global service development and innovation projects in Circular Economy, focusing on recycled content and recyclability, from ideation to development and product ramp-up.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet clients' sustainability goals and increase market credibility.
- Maintain and enhance existing Circular Economy assurance services.
- Provide expert support to clients on Circular Economy topics, ensuring their requests are effectively addressed.
- Provide technical sales support to selected regional key account managers.
- Establish and maintain relevant technical knowledge in sustainability in collaboration with internal and external experts, technical/scientific institutions, industrial associations, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead structured training programs to enable sales teams to effectively promote Circular Economy services.
- Collaborate across business units, regions, and technical departments to identify and develop sustainability service solutions.
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Materials Science or similar technical sustainability disciplines.
- Graduate degree (e.g. PhD) is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional service environment within the focus area or recycling-related industry (e.g. consulting, third-party bodies, industry and/or academic contexts).
- Comprehensive understanding and expertise in circular economy concepts and relevant standards (e.g., EN 15343, EN 15347, ISO 14021).
- Ideally experience in validation/verification or product certification activities according to ISO 17029, ISO 14065, or ISO 17065.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Further foreign language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) are of advantage.
- Curious and creative.
- Open-minded, team-player, self-starter with a can do attitude.
