A market leading Residential contractor is on the lookout for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a prestigious project in Norwich. This position is ideal for someone who has come from a trade background and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the no.1 Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various teams to ensure the project meets deadlines without compromising safety and quality.
Experience working within the Residential sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily on-site activities, enforcing project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work meets required standards and stays within budget.
* Optimize productivity and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles.
