MEP Project Manager - Small Works
Market-Leading design and build contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small works mechanical packages (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-known name in the mechanical contracting world, to take ownership of projects with full autonomy
This is a site-based position that will be mainly working on projects in London and the surrounding area
Package:
Salary £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
£7,000 car allowance
Site and home based
Net profit bonus
33 days holiday
Requirements:
Formal engineering qualifications - diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or similar
Excellent knowledge of mechanical installations
Knowledge of heating and ventilation
Have a decent knowledge of controls, plumbing and electrical installations
Able to produce and work with RAMS
Able to cost control a project (ordering, keeping track of extras, invoicing, negotiating, etc)WR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
