Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant at DT Source. As a Recruitment Coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will include hiring and interviewing candidates, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment process. This role is based in Kettering, with flexibility for some remote work. You will be fully supported by the wider team.
Qualifications
* Strong in finding candidates for construction roles
* Experience in the data centre, construction, aviation, or rail industries is a must
* Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
* Experience in hiring and conducting interviews
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
