Site Manager/Caretaker

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £13-£17 per hour / Dependent on experience
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, versatile, self-motivated Site Manager/Caretaker, responsible for security, safety and maintenance of a Primary School based in Dudley. The successful candidate will carry out a range of duties ensuring the building, furnishings and site are safe, secure, and maintained to the expected standards of the Governing Body. Experience of a similar role is essential, with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation desirable.
Hours are 20-25 hours per week, working varied hours to the schools standards with some hours being between 2:30-6:30 and 5:30-9:30. Lettings and school events during the school week may require later working for which additional hours are paid.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role.
