As a CAD Design Engineer, you will work within the Vehicle development team and with the wider cross-functional team to deliver new models on time, on budget and to meet specific performance requirements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D CAD models, schemes and 2D drawings using the PTC CREO platform to support the vehicle development project teams.
If you were already in this CAD Design Engineer role, here are some areas you would have worked in this week:
Producing high-quality 3D CAD models using PTC Creo
Following CAD operating procedures and promoting best practices in CAD modelling
Following the rules and guidelines of the PLM system
Designing systems and components for new and updated chassis projects
Working with members of the Design Team to ensure models and drawings meet technical and legislative requirements.

Experience with vehicle development and vehicle project teams
