Job Description:As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of components into drug delivery devices. This role requires adherence to detailed assembly instructions and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and assembly diagrams to understand the assembly process.
Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to meet production targets.
Identify any product defects and handle reworks or product adjustments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
Ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and reliability.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pound
