Overview:
Join one of Hawaii's most reputable local construction companies, dedicated to excellence in building and construction management. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our dynamic projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, billings, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation from start to finish.
Review and maintain CPM schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to financial plans.
Estimate and prepare comprehensive bid packages for prospective projects.
Facilitate effective communication between field teams, architects, and owners.
Attend and actively participate in OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Must be a resident of Hawaii with a valid drivers license at the time of application.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
Commercial construction experience preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive in identifying and solving problems, with a strong focus on safety.
Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is preferred.
