Graphic Designer

Our client is the UK’s leading provider of FMCG to petrol forecourts, convenience and retail sectors. With over 40 years’ experience and 4,000 outlets nationwide our client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team.

Role Overview:
Our client expects you to bring ideas, enthusiasm and creativity. In return you can expect to develop and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects.
Working under pressure and to tight deadlines, you will be comfortable in an office environment. Collaborating within a team, you will support design projects in the form of brainstorming concepts, converting visuals and bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside our design team on creative briefs from conception to delivery.
• Create engaging print and digital design work for a wide range of projects.
• Undertake research and have experience in the use of social media.
• Provide support to our sales team and other departments.

Skills & Experience:
• Previous graphic design experience is essential
• Proficient with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CS5 or higher).
• Ability to create eye-catching graphics that are in line with the brand image.
• Create material to be used on social media.
• Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos, and illustrations.
• A natural ability to combine creative flair with plenty of ideas.
• Must be of graduate calibre, and ideally have a minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and provide input where required.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with good time management.
• Must have passion and enthusiasm for the role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible, as the role demands, handling multiple briefs and changing priorities.
