As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping businesses find the right candidates and assisting job seekers in securing their dream roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cold Calling: Reach out to new companies within the logistics sector to understand their hiring needs and promote our recruitment services.
* Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and tailoring our services to meet their requirements.
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates, matching their skills and experience to relevant job opportunities.
* Sales and Negotiation: Present our services persuasively, negotiate terms, and close deals.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
* Sales Background: You should have a proven track record in sales, preferably within recruitment or a related field.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and confident communication is essential for client interactions.
* Resilience and Tenacity: Cold calling can be challenging, but your determination will drive success.
* Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics industry is advantageous.
* Results-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment.
What We Offer:
* Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 basic (dependent on experience).
