HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

This leading institution based in Nottingham are looking to recruit an experienced individual who has acquired previous Recruitment & talent acquisition work experience. Initially on a 4 month temporary contract, primary responsibilities will include:- To provide support with all recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the company, to include all elements of strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategies. To proactively work to attract, source and recruit to a range of executive and hard to fill roles using a range of different and innovative approaches and tools to attract and recruit appropriate candidates. To support and deliver on a range of corporate talent acquisition and resourcing activities. Advanced influencing/networking and negotiating skills are required
