Hales Group are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Lowestoft.
You will be working as part of the mail order team to ensure customer orders are completed in line with key targets and deadlines, following all departmental and company policies and procedures
Duties of Warehouse Operative include:
Picking/packing/ and/or dispatching products to dispatch paperwork, drawings and product schedules
Responsible for own quality checks
Optimising own time and resources to satisfy customer demand, in line with the company’s policies and procedures
Awareness and understanding for department Health & Safety Issues, ensuring adherence to Harrod UK Health & Safety policy & procedures at all times
In order to be considered for the role of Warehouse Operative
Good hand to eye coordination and attention to detail
Good practical skills for using plant, tools & equipment (where training has been carried out)
Ability to work without direct supervision and to work as part of a team
Takes responsibility for decisions, professional and passionate
Able to work accurately within timescales, meet and exceed expectations
Has a positive attitude and able to work in a way that supports our culture
LOCATION : Lowestoft
HOURS: 7am-4pm
ROTA: Monday to Friday
PAY: £11.44 per hour
DURATION: Temporary position initially for 4-6 weeks
