THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Co Ordinator who want to be part of our growth story.

We want to maintain our entrepreneurial DNA and our new Supply Chain Manager will be very hands
on.

KEY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Management of active Subcontracts and Service Level Agreements to ensure performance
targets are met to the company's quality standards and in line with the contractually agreed
key performance indicators
* Management of the tendering process with potential Subcontractors where we are bidding as
the main Contractor including price negotiations
* Management of the exit process when a provider leaves the supply chain
* Reviewing supply chain analysis on performance measures and making decision on necessary
interventions from the supply chain management performance management toolkit to agree
plans with providers on performance improvement
* Reviewing provider progress on performance improvement and where necessary, making
arrangements to adjust profiles and or make changes to contractual targets, reallocating
volumes appropriately across the supply chain
* Proactive management of Subcontractors and Partners to assist them with being successful
but, where necessary, instigating performance management regimes for poor performing
Subcontractors including possible contract cancellation
* Required to undertake site visits and monitor that Subcontractors and Partners meet the terms
and conditions set out in agreements and contracts
