This is a chance for a level 2 qualified maintenance plumber with mechanical plant room building services maintenance experience to join an in house estates team on a permanent basis. You will be joining the In House Estates team and be based at one of the central Campus locations in this Static Maintenance Plumbing role. The hours for this role are 8-4 Monday - Friday.

In this mechanical maintenance role you will be responsible for:
Mechanical plant room PPMs
AHU maintenance
FCU maintenance
Chillers
Water systems
L8 management
Reactive plumbing and responding to reactive maintenance requests
Using a CAFM system to report on works completed
Within this static mechanical maintenance role based on the Strand you will be working as a team and reporting to a great Manager who will encourage you to progress within your role.
For this mechanical maintenance position we are looking for:
Level 2 plumbing qualification as a minimum or a Mechanical Maintenance degree or NVQ
A proven track record of mechanical plant room PPMs and maintenance
AHU maintenance experience
Experience of using a CAFM system and IT literate
Ideally you will be available at short notice to start this new role
