The Primary School is looking for an experienced SENCO to join their school and adapt to the role effortlessly and be able to build and maintain staff relationships. The role includes ensuring you stay professional and effectively follow and create EHCP’s and SSPP’s. The successful applicant will need to hole the SENCO award and have at least 3 years’ experience in this role while being able to write EHCP’s and SSPP’s and support their SEN staff with signposting. This role is non class based so holds some flexibility.

As a SENCO, you will:

· Hold a NASENCO qualification or equivalent

· Be able to demonstrate natural ability to manage the team

· Be enthusiastic about creating and following EHCP’s and SSPP’s
