Senior Legal Business Contract Manager (m/f/d)

At the Legal Contracting Center Berlin, you will become part of our global legal and patent department.

• You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, editing, negotiating and commenting on confidentiality agreements and other standard contract types.

• In particular, you will review and negotiate international sales and purchase agreements on the basis of playbooks and defined negotiation limits, as well as in cooperation with the legal and patent departments.
• You will ensure contract-related review and approval processes as well as legal contract management of existing contracts, the creation and maintenance of standard contract templates and clauses as well as playbooks.
• You will provide support in the field of intellectual property law on IP law issues and processes, in compliance reviews and legal research, as well as in ad-hoc legal consulting relating to other contract types.
• You will have direct interactions with our global legal, patent and business departments relative to standard contracts and ad-hoc legal support requests.

• university degree in law or a comparable course of study related to business law
• multiple years of professional experience in the legal sector and economic contract management
• experience in drafting contracts with focus on commercial law and the legal review of contracts
• user knowledge of legal databases and standard IT applications
• fluent language skills in English, ideally also in German, other European languages are a plus
• very good analytical skills, goal-oriented approach and strong customer orientation

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 45.000 - 49.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
