An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Manager to be based in Cambridge. This multi-site-based role includes;
 
Being the face of the client brand in Cambridge
Supporting and being a direct point of contact for customers
Day to day site management and systems
Organising and hosting customer events
Assisting with customer queries
Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders in the Cambridge community.
Capturing and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve services and community satisfaction.
Level of Experience

Extensive customer service experience
Proven experience in property management or at least a strong interest in property
Effective IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel (Advanced)Call Julie
