Position: Primary Teaching Assistant

Class: Year 5
Qualification: Level 3
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Pay Rate: £85 to £90 per day
About the Role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Year 5 class, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will assist the class teacher with daily activities, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to the overall educational experience of the children.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Working with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts.
Assisting with the development and implementation of educational plans.
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing atmosphere.
Helping to assess and monitor student progress.Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or a related field.
Passion for working with children and enhancing their educational experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
