We are recruiting a Surveyor (Maintenance)

As a Maintenance Surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in inspecting, assessing, and overseeing repairs and maintenance across our housing stock. You'll work closely with our maintenance teams, contractors, and residents to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.

Duties and responsibilities

* Conducting property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.

* Preparing detailed survey reports and schedules of work.

* Coordinating and overseeing maintenance projects from inception to completion.

* Liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and manage work schedules.

* Providing technical advice and support to colleagues and residents.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills and experience

* Full UK Driving Licence with own vehicle required for this role. (mileage and fuel paid for by Hyde)

* Previous experience working as a Surveyor within.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Effective collaboration and team work skills.
