Elevate your career as a Programme Manager/Planner, operating from our multiple depots and offices nestled in the scenic locales of Devon. As a key player, you'll spearhead diverse construction projects, spanning from sewer rehabilitation to major civil engineering endeavours.

Teaming up with seasoned professionals, you'll engage with longstanding clients and new partners alike, ensuring their needs are not only met but surpassed, contributing to our continuous success. Joining our Infrastructure team, you'll take charge of the central programme and work forecast for major projects.

We value proactive individuals with a knack for self-management and teamwork. As part of your responsibilities, you'll:

Coordinate and oversee planned works programmes for seamless execution.
Harness advanced programming and reporting tools like Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6 to refine project planning.
Liaise with various departments across project life cycles to track progress and adhere to schedules.
Monitor project milestones and annual programmes closely to ensure timely completion.
Maintain regular communication with the Framework Manager, updating on programme status and workload.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to forecast expenditure and align with operational needs.
Analyze programme data for monthly client reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Provide detailed reports to management, flagging any deviations or trends in the programme.
Utilize delivery programmes proactively to address milestones and constraints.
