Customer Service Coordinator
£26,000 - £28,000 + Training + Benefits

Do you have previous experience in a customer service role and thrive a fast-paced environment? Perhaps you're working in an admin role and want to have more customer interaction?
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be working within a busy transport department of a recycling business, dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email. Working alongside the transport team, you will be managing information to ensure customers are kept up to speed with their orders and advised of any changes.
Benefiting from a comprehensive induction and on the job training, this role will involve the use of CRM and tracking systems, along with Microsoft office applications.
This is a Monday to Friday role, with no weekend work required.
The Role:
Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email
Liaising with the transport team to obtain all necessary information
Accurate & efficient data entry
Use of CRM and tracking systems (training provided).
Organising invoices.
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm OR 8am to 5pm
The Ideal Person Will:
Have previous office experience in a customer facing role
Be Confident at working on own initiative
Be proficient with Microsoft Office packages
Be calm and work well under pressure
Experience in the transport and/or logistics industry would be beneficial but not essential
