To strengthen our dedicated and international Sales - Packaging Food & Specialities team, we are looking for a motivated Team Assistant (m/f/d) in our Vienna headquarters.
Your Role- You proactively take on various administrative tasks like travel bookings, coordination of meetings and workshops
- You are responsible for planning various team events and a big sales meeting every year
- You confidentially handle sensitive information in memos, reports, invoices and documents
- You work closely with our MM Food & Specialities plants (e.g. Spain, Austria, Germany)
Profil Your Profile
- You have a commercial education (HAK/HBLA) or a degree in a business related field
- You have already gained a minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment
- You are equipped with good MS Office user skills
- You work independently, in a structured manner and have a hands-on mentality with a strong focus on service orientation
- As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken German and English (C-Level)
