I am recruiting for a domestic Gas Engineer to join an established team within a maintenance contractor who carry out servicing and breakdowns across the Devon & Cornwall area. Ideally you will be located in Exeter or surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
Attending appointments within occupied domestic properties
Carrying out annual services of gas appliances
Attending emergency call outs
Fault finding and repairing gas appliances
Remedial work
Landlords safety certificates
You will need:
NVQ level 2/3, City & Guilds in Plumbing
ACS: CCN1 CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1
LPG and OFTEC – would be advantageous
Ground source heat pumps – desirable
Experience within a similar role
Clean driving licence
