Role: Self Billing Analyst / Credit Controller
Package: Up to £28,000 DOE + 10% monthly bonus (~£31k OTE)
Location: Didsbury
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full time OR Part time
Talent Accountancy & Finance are looking for a Credit professional with strong technical skills (mainly excel analysis) to join a highly capable credit department in a role that falls under Credit Control but is mainly around client reconciliations and managing client self-bill portals, as opposed to out and out Credit Control via the phones.
The salary range is £25k-£28k + 10% monthly bonus relating to collections targets (£31k OTE).
It’s an office-based role within a close-knit, supportive team, working for a company who go above and beyond to look after their employee’s.
The package on offer for this role is as follows:
* Salary up to £28k DOE (~£31k OTE)
* 10% monthly bonus (in your control ie based on your own performance)

The Role
Some of the main tasks will include:
* Owning a portfolio of clients & managing the debt profile accordingly
* Reconcile & post receipts to the ledger on a daily basis
* Use excellent relationship management skill & commercial awareness to resolve any customer complaints effectively
* Having a keen eye for detail especially on the key accounts that will fall into your remit
* Proactive chasing of sales invoices over the phone – building rapport and finding solutions
* Reconcile receipts from clients ensuring that the internal systems match with the different self bill portals used
* Working closely across departments (specifically billing) to resolve queries & re-issue invoices/credit notes
The Person
First and foremost, someone who is driven & takes pride in their work is needed in this role to match the current dynamic of the team. It’s a hard-working bunch who strive to ensure the work is of the highest quality.
Next most important is being analytical in nature, being comfortable working with large data sets in excel and having the ability to manipulate or make sense of the spreadsheets coming from clients
Other attributes that will help you strive in the role:
* High level of competence with Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* Passion for data analysis & problem solving
* Strong customer service – an ability to build rapport both internally and externally, via written word (email) and also over the phone

* 10% monthly bonus based on performance/targets with a strong track record of pay out month to month
