Your role as a Data Analyst at Reds10
To be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. The role involves gathering and organising data, conducting statistical analysis, generating reports, and providing insights to various departments within the organisation. The Data Analyst contributes to reporting on project/business performance, improving operational efficiency, identifying trends, and driving data-driven initiatives to enhance business performance
The accountabilities of a Data Analyst at Reds10
* Advise on data procedures such as data collection, storage, integration and outputs
* Provide guidance and support to the strategic decisions of the Reds10 leadership team on data input/outputs
* Gather and analyse data from different platforms to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
* Develop and maintain data management systems and processes
* Contribute to data-driven initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
Your responsibility as a Data Analyst:
* Gather, clean, and organise data from various sources to build comprehensive datasets
* Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modelling to support decision-making
* Develop and maintain data visualisation tools and dashboards to present insights effectively
* Generate reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations
* Identify and address data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data
* Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies, including data cleaning and transformation techniques
* Collaborate with IT and software teams to optimise data management systems and processes
* Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects from various departments
The Key skills required to succeed as a Data Analyst
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets and draw actionable insights
* Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modelling, and visualization techniques
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools and creating interactive dashboards for data reporting
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and interpretation
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of the design and build or construction
