Job Title: Account Handler
Location: Mill Hill, London

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

Overview:
Our independent insurance company located in Mill Hill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Handler/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management and handling high net worth insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
·Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the insurance process.
·Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, managing their insurance needs efficiently and effectively.
·Process insurance claims promptly and accurately, ensuring clients receive timely resolutions.
·Utilise EDI Quotes system to generate insurance quotes and manage policy information.
·Maintain accurate client records and documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
·Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and optimise service delivery.
Requirements:
·Previous experience in a client-facing role within the insurance industry.
·Proven track record of managing high net worth clients
·Proficiency with EDI Quotes system or similar insurance software.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
·Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
·Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
·Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
