About the Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
Post job adverts and proactively search for candidates on targeted job boards and via social media networking sites
Assess and review CVs for key candidate skills and abilities
Manage application process, from candidate pre-screen calls to booking interviews with Hiring Managers
Complete comprehensive industry analysis and market research
Attend local recruitment events and university open days
Liaise and communicate with Hiring Managers to gain updates on headcount plans and remain informed of growth strategies
Maintain our CRM system with up-to-date information on candidates
Represent the Premier Group brand and become an integral part of the team
Be confident creating social media content
