Job Description
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in project management? We're seeking a dedicated Package Manager to join our team! As the Package Manager: ADMP & ABMP Capability Assessment, you'll play a pivotal role in interpreting requirements, developing concepts of operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.
🎯 Responsibilities:
Interpret requirements and oversee the delivery of our Staged Investment Programme
Ensure compliance with project SHE requirements and legal obligations
Manage project functions including schedule, financial, and risk management
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scope and solutions
Line manage a team of Project Engineers, quantity surveyors, schedulers, and Specialist Consultants
Plan, monitor, and control work packages delivered by internal and external resources
Develop tasking orders and manage resource delivery
Control project costs within budget constraints
Form and manage effective relationships with project stakeholders
Manage third-party suppliers to achieve programme outcomes
Utilize Business Management System (BMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for project reporting
Qualifications
🔍 Qualifications:
Sound commercial knowledge and understanding of construction delivery
Experience with NEC contracts and management of change
Strong IT skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Experience in a live operational environment is desirable
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to fast-changing needs
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and CEMAR or similar tools is a plusWhy Join us?

🔒 Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this they will be normally be required to be a Sole UK national
