Social Worker (Childrens)

Contract: 37 hours, Monday to Friday
£39 per hour
This role is within the fostering service in Cheshire East, and will be on the assessment part of the service.
The role will include, completing viabilities and reg 24 assessments of connected carers and being involved in a duty rota for the completion of reg 24s.
The role will involve completing connected carers full assessments, considering both SGO and fostering and presenting these at Cheshire East's fostering panel.
The role also involves completing SGO assessments for private law applications.
Often these are court directed assessments and can therefore have short timescales.
The role will also include completing mainstream fostering assessments if required.
