JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Inplace Personnel are currently recruiting for a Internal sales manager for a well-established client based in Annesley.

The role:

The Internal Sales Manager will play a crucial role in our sales team by focusing on business development from within the office. This role will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential customer relationships, drafting compelling proposals, and providing exceptional service to prospective clients. The role demands a high level of IT literacy, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanour.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Business Development:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

* Client Engagement:

* Draft and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.

* Organize and conduct tours of our logistics facilities, showcasing our capabilities and services.

* Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about our services.

* Relationship Management:

* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.

* Follow up with clients to secure contracts and manage the onboarding process.

* Communication and Collaboration:

* Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management.

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

* Qualifications and Experience:

* Experience

* Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the logistics or fulfilment industry.

* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.

Skills:

* High level of IT literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (UK).

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
