Well established insurance client in the Northeast is looking to add an Actuary to their team with Medicare experience. The Actuary will support the functions/tasks of the Actuarial Department in a more advanced and independent capacity. The functions include any of the following: premium rate development and regulatory filings, financial forecasting, experience studies, monthly reserve setting, provider risk sharing analytics/contracting, model development and other duties as assigned. This role can be fully remote.
Requirements:
2 5+ years of experience in an actuarial health role.
Medicare experience is a must.
ASA or near ASA
Must be in Eastern or Central time zones.
