Substitute Teacher - Crewe
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Substitute Teacher to join our team in Crewe, Cheshire. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education by covering for absent teachers across various subjects and grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success and well-being.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
Support students with their learning and provide assistance as needed.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a teacher or substitute teacher is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
