ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the main feature of this role is to ensure profitable operation and successful customer service delivery to key clients of significant value and importance to the business. You will manage all aspects of the account including labour resourcing and wellbeing of team member as well as sub-contractor management, commercial risk, and financial performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Overall responsibility for the Accounts under your management on a day to day basis.

Financial responsibility for the performance of the accounts under your management including P&L, WIP, debt and ROI.

You will be a key stakeholder and a significant contributor to the growth of the portfolio attached to any accounts within your management, including existing client account management, contributing to the sales process including change management, new bid, site surveys, asset gathering, and sign off and mobilisation.

You will have responsibility for PPM, reactive, OOH works and quote turn around up to £20k and quality completion, production of monthly reports and insurance of client meeting attendance and customer service.

Accounts scheduling and production of the PPM planner, delap report, sub-contractor visits and logbook.

Project management within your contract whilst on site, following the projects process and ensuring that authorised projects are managed in line with the clients expectations and are completed safely and within budget.

Responsible for ensuring that correct resourcing levels of the correct discipline are maintained throughout your region.

Responsibility for the upkeep of all contractual documentation including contract files, logbooks, monthly reports and meeting minutes.

You will work to ensure that each accounts’ commercial needs are fulfilled including reports, compliance RAMs, SLA & KPIs and response times and annual documentation.

Responsible for reporting accurate and correct key KPI information to the Business Director and/or the client on a monthly basis.

Production of quotations for extra works as required and in line with company policy and commercial agreements.

People Management – you will conduct regular reviews, audits and PDP as well as induction and onboarding.

You will be a shining example for the company at all times and always endeavour to represent the business in a positive light in whatever additional reasonable duties are deemed necessary.

KEY SKILLS

A technical qualification (18th Edition, Gas Safe, F-Gas etc) is essential with long term experience gained in a similar role.

2 years’ client and people management experience gained in a similar business within the Facilities/Engineering sector.

Understanding of H&S and compliance preferably with IOSH / NEBOSH qualification.

An understanding of P&L management and Commercial terms.

Previous people management experience including performance reviews & audits and coaching & development.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices pertaining to documentation, compliance and risk management.

Proactive problem solver who is able to lead by example whilst maintaining a strong ethical approach.

A competitive starting salary of £60,000 - £70,000 dependent upon experience, with annual pay reviews.
