Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a leading Kent Law firm who are looking for Residential Conveyancing Solicitors/Legal Executives in various locations in Kent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including:
Manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions from start to finish
Able to manage leasehold, freehold, right to buy, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgage documents
Conduct title searches and ensure the property has a clear title
Prepare and submit necessary paperwork to government agencies for property registrationKey Requirements:-
Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive in England &Wales
Proven track record in handling conveyancing matters.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good attention to detail.
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks.
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in relevant legal software and systemsSalary: Competitive and DOE
