Monday - Friday I am currently representing my esteemed client, Europe's leading provider of Warranty and Mechanical Breakdown solutions. My client's roots started as a small French company; they rapidly expanded into an international group driven by expertise in the automotive industry and unwavering dedication to quality, innovation, and top-tier customer service. They are currently seeking two experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrators to join their expanding team

Enjoy a generous 25 days of annual leaveWithin this Claims Warranty Advisor, your typical duties include:
Verify and process warranty claim submissions.
Deliver customer service support to dealer partners and authorized repairers.
Foster and maintain relationships with main dealer workshops and authorized repairers.
Facilitate communication between customers and repairers.
Evaluate incoming claims via email or online channels.
Ensure claims, capped at £700, comply with terms and conditions before authorization or rejection.To be considered for this Claims Warranty Advisor, you will:
Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
