Senior/Principal Human Factors Consultant - Nuclear/Chemicals/Defence - Warrington - £60-80k, hybrid working
My client is an established consultancy, offering a variety of Risk Engineering services to clients across Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Defence, and other highly regulated sectors. They're looking for a Senior/Principal Human Factors Consultant to join their existing team consisting of a mix of experienced and junior individuals.
If you're passionate about Human Factors and keen to work on a variety of projects acorss numerous sectors, this could be the company for you. They offer great support to all of their consultants and really work as a team to create a strong learning enviornment, where they can bring out the best in each consultant.
A few of the responsibilities you can expect are below:
* HF design support
* HF project integration management
* HF support on safety assessment
* Human error identification
* Application of HF methods
* Resolution of operational issues
* HF verification and validation
* Application of a modern standard HF techniques and relevant good practice

You will need to have prior experience in Human Factors (at least 5+ years), within a highly regulated environments, and full right to work in the UK. You will also need to qualify for security clearance, so will need to have lived in the UK for the last 5 years at least
