Learning Support Assistant - Year 5
Are you seeking work as a Learning Support Assistant in Islington?
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has some experience either working with SEND children in a school envionment or in another transferable industry.
You will be working alongside the class teacher providing support and guidance to pupils within the class with SEND.
Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the pupil is following their learning plans and pathways, supporting student progress.
Demonstrate commitment to enhancing students' lives socially, physically, and academically.
Proficiently offer necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with some of the pupils.
Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and quick thinking in diverse environments.
Behaviour management within the classroom, ensure children stay focused and on task where possible.

Experience required:
