Tenancy Officer

Up to £38,500 plus paid business mileage
We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Officer.

Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.
As a Tenancy Officer you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a personal point of contact for all queries.
Responsibilities
* Responding and managing to tenancy breaches.
* Lead on managing reported cases of hoarding and safeguarding.
* Ensure thorough understanding of the rights and obligations of all types of tenancies.
* Leading tenancy fraud initiatives.
* Co-ordinating with Local Authorities to highlight high risk properties.
* Working with the Tenancy Advisor team, to enforce the terms and conditions of tenancy.
* Initiate legal proceedings and attend court hearings for tenancy fraud cases.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience working in tenancy management
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain a rapport with tenants and colleagues
* Must be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
* Driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
* DBS Check Required
